Questions to students: 1) How does SSR time help you to better understand the novel? 2) How does our classroom environment differ from your homework area at home (i.e. noise level, distractions, etc.)? 3) Does the SSR time allow for a more beneficial homework experience at home since you have already completed some of the reading in class?
