With Tabby's dad at work Matt's mother baby sits Tabby. Baby Tabby and baby Matt become instant friends. Matt would follow Tabby's lead as they yell, talk baby gibberish, and play games. -
Tabby Hits Corey Sheridan with a Wiffleball Bat
After playing a good game of wiffleball Tabby and Matt are walking home, but suddenly Corey Sheridan, an awful human, and his loser friends decide to harass Tabby and Matt. Matt and Corey get in a verbal dispute that turns physical. Tabby puts an end to it by hitting Corey with a wiffleball bat filled with golf balls. Corey complains and then leaves. -
Matt, Tabby, and Murray, Matt's brother, Go Trick-Or-Treating
Matt is forced to wear a pathetic looking eagle costume because his brother Murray is wearing a baby eagle costume. Tabby makes sure to make fun of Matt. After Trick-Or-Treating Tabby and Matt divide the Nerds which are Tabby's favorite. -
Thanksgiving
With Tabby's dad working Tabby comes over to the Wainwright residency. Matt, his parents, his brother, and his grandparents are all excited to see Tabby. After Tabby leaves Matt sees a black Honda Accord parked in front of her house. The black Accord belongs to no other than Liam Branson, the popular guy in high school. Matt is jealous because he has had a thing for Tabby, but now he suspects Tabby and Branson are lovers. -
Black Friday Gossip
Tabby comes over to Matt's house. She tells him that Liam Branson posted a picture of her on Instagram and some people commented naughty mean things. Then Liam asks Tabby to date. She is happy and not angry now. Matt becomes depressed that Tabby is dating Liam. -
Christmas
Tabby comes over to Matt's house to exchange gifts for Christmas. Matt and his family are excited to see Tabby because she hasn't visited much due to hanging out with her boyfriend, Liam Branson. Tabby gets Matt some gloves and Matt gets Tabby a whole bunch of Nerds. -
A Tragic Event *Spoiler Alert*
Tabby and her father go up to Tabby's grandmothers house for New Years. On the way home Tabby and her father get in an automobile accident. Both of them die. -
Matt Gets Punched
Before one of the basketball games the coach explains how the team will be supporting Liam Branson due to his loss of his girlfriend, Tabby. Matt finds this ridiculous leading him to laugh. Liam Branson gets angry and punches Matt in the face. Matt ends up getting in trouble for getting punched in the face and is temporarily kicked off the basketball team. -
Matt Goes to His Grandparents
Matt goes to his grandparent's house in the woods for a bit to get away from the craziness of school and find closure with Tabby's death. Most of the time he helps his grandparents with shoveling snow and tasks along that line. The last day his grandpa takes Matt to the grave stones of his daughter and first wife. Matt's Grandpa explains to Matt about how he found closure. By the end of the trip Matt finds closure with Tabby's death. -
Liam Branson and Matt Become Friends
Matt and Liam Branson see each other at the school basketball courts. Matt apologizes for being rude and Liam Branson apologizes for punching Matt in the face. They play basketball and tell each other stories of Tabby.
