    The Knight starts his day at dawn, when Mass is heard. He then makes his prayers.

    The Knight has breakfast, usually bread.
  • Weapons practice.

    The Knight would go to the Quintin and the Pell for weapons practise.
  • Discussions to increase knowledge.

    Knights would have discussions on warfare strategy to increase their knowledge of siege warfare and weapons.They would commence their education and learn the skills required a a knight.
  • Prayers and meal.

    Prayers and meal.
    Knights would have their mid-morning prayers and a meal. Their dinner would normally contain Game meat and for a beverage, wine.
  • Chivalry etiquette and dance.

    Chivalry etiquette and dance.
    Knights had a strict code of etiquette, they needed to be elegant and understand the rules of Chivalry and courtly love. Some time was spent at dance practice also.
  • Increase skills, accompanying the lord.

    Increase skills, accompanying the lord.
    Knights would have to increase their skills in horsemanship and would accompany the lord in hawking, hunting or inspecting the estate.
  • Supper

    Supper
    Knights would enjoy theit last meal of the day. For supper, knights would eat meat, vegetables and bread. They would also have wine.
  • After supper entertainment.

    Entertainment such as, music, dancing, jugglers, acrobats and jesters would occur after supper.
  • Bedtime Prayers.

    Bedtime Prayers.
    Knights would now say their Bedtime Prayers and go to bed.
