- Began learn basic and try some things.
- Start to get comfortable with a couple of programs.

- Start to tweak and refine.
- Starting to learn a few programs very well.
- Ex. implemented wiki for Planning 10.

Semester 4 - "AA"
- Looking to expand
- Have a good baseline and looking to add to your repertoire
- Ex. Google Groups, Prezi

Semester 5 - "AAA"
- Mentoring the Rookies (technology virgins)
- Still need occassional guidance when coming accross road blocks.
- Knows our own strengths and weakness
