3:48 AM: Allied ships run in to a German convoy.

4:30 AM: Canadian, British & American Soldiers arrive on shore.

5:20 AM: The main invasion force arrive on shore.

5:35 AM: Allied armour makes it to the beach. Half of the tanks are lost by then.

11:00 AM: Many are trapped, forced back or dead to a prepared German defence.

2:00 PM: All living have been rescued from Dieppe, France.
