Lewis and Clark set out with a crew of 40 people they whent up the Missour River from St Lewis Missour -

Lewis and Clark reached the Madan Indian village and they stoped for winter. -

As Lewis and Clark aproched the rocky mt sacagawea excitedly pointed out Shoshone lands. Eager to make contact with the trip lewis and a small party made ther way over land. Lewis soon found the shoshone sacagawea as his sister. The chief traded the horses to lewis and clark another shoshone helped them cross the rocky mountains the rest of the way -
OCEAN IN VIEW
Clark wrought in his journal "ocean in view o the joy" they soon arived at the pacific coast. There they spent a rain scoked winter befor returning to st lewis the follwing year. -
ENDING
Lewis and Clark brought back a lot of info. Though they learnd that an all water rought across the continent did not excaste the americans receved an excting report of what lie west.
