Hitler is appointed Chancellor of Germany

Hitler is appointed Chancellor of Germany by the dying president Paul Von Hindenburg.

President of Germany Dies

Aug 2, 1934

This leaves thing open for Hitler to rule Germany. Once President Paul Von Hindenburg dies Hitler is in charge and becomes the first Dictator of Germany.

Hitler becomes Fuhrer of Germany

Aug 18, 1934

90 percent of votes went to Hitler out of the 95 percent of registered voters. 38million people gave Hitler their approval.

U.S Neutrality Act

The U.S make the Neutrality Act saying that they wont choose sides and they will stay neutral

Mussolini Invades Ethiopia

Oct 3, 1935

Mussolini invaded Ethiopia because he wanted an easy win before he tried taking over any other countries or doing anything big.

Germany Invades Rhine land

Hitler invade Rhineland which goes against the treaty of Versailles. It took the French Government almost a year to decide how they were going to react after Hitler had moved troops into Rhineland.

Hitler Seizes Austria

Hitler says he wants Austria so he gets it. No weapons were fired, no war happened, he just got it.

Germany occupied Sudetenland

Between October 1st and 10th Germany took over Sudetenland. Hitler asked permission to annex half of Czechoslovakia.

Hitler and Stalin Sign Pact

Aug 14, 1939

Hitler and Stalin signed the non-aggression pact, stating that even though they didn't like each other that they would not attack each other.

Germany Invades Poland
