    New France was first discovered as French priests and traders spread deeper into North America. The population only remained at about 70,000 in 1754. Traders and Catholic priests made up most of the people. Christians nor natives had the urge to build upon towns and create families. The fact that the French were more engaged and friendly to the natives it created great military alliances in the long run.

    Start of the French and Indian War
    Fort Necessity was George Washington's outpost. He attacked the French, who quickly came back with an attack. Washington surrendered to the French in the following battle. All of this was reasoning for the French and Indian War, which was the Great Britians and Frances fourth war for control of North America.

    French and Indian War offically ends
    After Britains sneaky battle win, the French and India War came to an end. With its end, came the Treaty of Paris. East of the Mississippi river was all owned by the British. France was only rewarded a ew small islands. The natives were clearly left with dealing with Great Britian.
  • Proclamation of 1763

    Proclamation of 1763
    After Britian infested the natives with small pox for revenge, the Proclamation of 1763 was put fourth by the British government. This banned all colonists to settle west of the appalachians. Keeping in mind how well the British could truly control this movement over seas, the colonists didnt hesitate to continue moving west.
  • Sugar Act

    The sugar Act was issued due to George Greenville, new prime minitser of Britian, sensing smuggeling throughout colonies. This Act, took away taxing from vertain goods such as molasses, but also added taxes to some. Finally, the smuggeling laws were offically tightened down completly with no lee way at all for the colonists.
