    French and Indian War
    The French and Indian War was fought betwean Britain and the combined forces of France and the Native Americans. It lasted 7 years and ended with the signing of the Treaty of Paris. As a result of the war Britain gained a lot of French land.
  • Proclamation Line

    Proclamation Line
    The Proclamation line was created after The French and Indian War as a bowndery of settlement. It was created to keep the relations betwean the Natives and the Americans and allow for peacful tradeing.
  • Stamp Act

    The Stamp Act was impsoed to pay the cost of The French and Indian War. It force the colonists to pay a tax on all goods in which paper was used.
  • Boston Massacre

    Boston Massacre
    The Boston Massacre was an incident that led to the deaths of five civilians at the hands of British troops. However even though there was many people preseant noone knows exactly what happened.
  • Boston Tea Party

    Boston Tea Party
    The Boston Tea Party was a rebelion against the Tea Act and a boycotte on British tea. It took place in Boston when a group of the colonists dressed up like Native Americans and through all the British tea into the harbor dieing it brown.
  • Lexington and Concord

    Lexington and Concord
    700 British soldiers were ordered to locate and destroy military supplies. The British landed in a marsh which alowed the colonists to sucsesfully move the supplies. However there was still fighting and eventhough they were outnumbered the colonists still counted it as an victory.
  • Declaration of Independance

    The final signing of the Declaration was the final step in declairing America's seperation from British rule.
