King James the first ordered these men of the virginia company to explore this island for gold and riches most like any other king would have them do. -

William Penn created this colony for one reason and one reason only. To have a colony that let his religion be free and to let his people be free too. These people are called Quakers and have a strong beliefs. -
Albany Congress meets
This congress consits of twenty-two people and they all met in Albany, New York. While the congress was meeting they made a plan named The Albany Plan. This plan was made to make peace with the natives, to govern land, and to raise taxes. Unfortunatlly this plan did not make past the the second governtment to approve. -
George Washington asaults Fort Duquesne
George was very young when he led a group of soliders to attack Fort Duquesne. He was not very good at this since he hadn't been leading for a long time. Not very long after he attacked he and his groups were forced to surrender, that was the end of his attacks. -
The French and Indian War concludes
This war was very dramatic and was a big disaster. The Indians and the British allied together to defeat other groups. This war lasted from 1754-1763 and was between many colonies.
