    Griffin Bing organized a plan for all of his friends to sneak out and stay the night in an old building that was going to be demolished. They believed the buidling was haunted. Only his friend Ben showed up.

    Griffin and his family, Ben, Savannah, Logan, Mr. Palamino, Mr. Mulroney, Pitch, Melissa, Darren, and Detective Vizzini.

    Griffin explores the house after no one but Ben shows up and Ben falls asleep. Griffin finds an old Babe Ruth card hidden in a desk.

    The next morning the boys barely escape the house when the wrecking ball comes to demolish it. They go to the collectables store that Mr. Palamino owns to sell the baseball card. He tells them it is fake and gives them $120 that they split. After Griffin goes home he finds out on TV that Palamino cheated them and the card is worth a million dollars. He is really mad because his family is having money problems and they could have used all that money so they wouldn't have to move away.

    Griffin thinks of a plan to get the card back from Mr. Palamino. They start calling him Swindle.

    The boys do surveillance on the store to figure out how to break in and get the card back.

    They get their friend Savannah who they think is a dog whisperer to tame the guard dog named Luther.

    They video tape Swindle's Assistant while he is punching in the security code to figure out how to shut off the alarm.

    They put Ben in a big box and the store Assistant carries him in because he thinks it's a delivery and then leaves.

    After the Assistant leaves Ben falls asleep in the box and almost ruins the whole plan. He finally wakes up to turn off the alarm and let Griffin in.

    Griffin is very angry because they find out that the safe is gone and that Swindle must have moved it to his house. They broke into the shop for nothing.

    Ben and Griffin look for the safe because they think this is where Swindle put the card for safe keeping.

    Ben and Griffin make a bright new plan that they will need their friends to help with. They have to break into Swindle's house to get the card back.

    Everyone had a job for the plan. Logan took care of the nosey neighbor. Pitch climbed up a skylight to get in. Savannah had to calm Luther down. Melissa had to turn the alarm off. Darren blackmailed them into helping.

    A lot goes wrong on the heist night. Pitch sprained her ankle. Ben fell asleep in the bushes again. Darren tried to steel the card for himself. They have to use Griffin's Dad's invention called the Smart Pick to get it out of a tree. There were two dogs instead of one.

    They find the card in a big turnkey in the fridge. They ran out with the card but they left the climbing equipment and ladder.

    They get Swindle out of the house by sending him hockey tickets.

    Griffin drops the card in the mailbox so he doesn't get caught with it. The police find out it is them though because they question Pitch and Darren and they tell them everything.

    The police arrest Griffin when he goes to get the card from the Rockford House mailbox. Swindle doesn't press charges because they find out he cheated the boys out of the card. They also find out that the card belongs to a very old lady Rockford relative. It turns out that Darren is related to her and she gives him the card but his parents make him donate the money to the Cedarville Museum. None of them got any money.

    Resolution
    Griffin's Dad becomes very rich because of the publicity his invention got from the heist. They got to stay and didn't have to move after all.
