Wilson-Gorman Tariff Act
Also known as The Revenue Act and was named after William L. Wilson and Arthur P. Gorman, both from the Democratic Party. Wilson proposed the bill to reduce the rate of U.S. Tariffs originally made by the McKinley Act and imposed a 2% income tax. -
