The hieght of Slavery in the USA

Here is a picture of slavery in AmericaThere was not one single person that caused slavery in America to start. It was a group of European settlers in North America who used Africans as cheap labourers. Throught the 18th century it is estimated that 6 to 7 millions slaves were transported to America. In my opinion this should have neer happened. It started with a group of Europeans looking for cheap labour who imported 20 slaves. This then spread throughout America. The slaves rights were violited as they were mistreated.

Child Labour in the Industrial Revolution

A picture of child labour in the Idustrial RevolutionThere was no one person or organisation that started child labour in the Industrial Revolution (IR). It was a group of business and factory owners that began forcing children to work long hours in mines and factories. These children were paid significantly less than adults and were often worked harder. In my opinion this is wrong as it was just some people looking for cheap labour. It's a human rights violation because often these children were mistreated and weren't educated due to their work.

    The Holocaust

A picture of Jews being held in a Nazi concentration camp. The main person behind the Holocaust was Adolf Hitler. During the Second World War, Hitler order his Nazi troops to persecute all the Jews and other minority groups in Europe. Over 6 million Jews and other minorities were killed during this time. This is a clear human rights violation as the Jews weren't allowed a full life and weren't able to express their views. This is a horrific crime and there was absolutely no need for it to ever happen.

    Taliban

A picture of several Taliban soldiers. The Taliban are a hard line Islamic movement in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Their leader was Mullah Mohammed Omar before he died. The Taliban have set rules in Afghanistan, mainly to do with women that are extreme and over-controlling. If these rules aren't followed to consequence is usually death. They have also claimed responsibility for several bombings. They are violating human rights as they are not allow people to feel safe and not allow women freedom.

    ISiS Terror Attacks

ISIS soldiers holding their flagISIS is a terrorist organisation led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.They attack innocent people typically by suicide bombing. They are responsible for several of the world’s largest terrorism attacks over the last few years, with the most recent being the Paris attacks. They are clearly violating human rights as they are not giving people to live their life feeling safe and for some not allowing them to live at all. I hope ISIS are stopped ASAP but due to their control of Syria this task is not simple.
