The FGCS project starts and receives contributions by sectors of industry and government. -
1985
The first hardware developed by the project known as Personal Sequential machine (PSI) and the first version of the operating system called SIMPOS (Sequentual Inference Machine Programming Operating System) is finished. -
1986
The Delta computer is developed that is based exclusively on data base. -
1987
A prototype of hardware called PIM (Parallel Inference Machine) is built using several PSI machines connected in a network and a new version of the PROLOG 1.0 language is developed and oriented to parallel computing and the SIMPOS 1.0 is rewritten.
