Martin Luther King Jr.attended Morehouse College at age fifteen. He skipped two grades at Booker T. Washington High School and graduated in the same year as his older sister. Martin went to school to become a minister like his father and grandfather. -
Martin marries Coretta Scott.
Martin Luther King Jr. married Coretta Scott on June 18, 1953. Martin said that when he got a glance at Coretta for a brief second he said it was love at first site when their eyes met. -
Breaking News: Bombing on Dr. King's front porch!
Martin Luther King Jr., Coretta, and their new born baby girl had a bombing right on their front porch. Martin was coming home from work when he found his daughter and wife outside with their house on fire. Martin was greatfully happy that his family was safe. -

Martin Luther King Jr. was stabbed at a book signing by a "crazy" lady who said she had been hunting him down for three months. Martin then had to get the letter opener removed immediately from his chest. -
Martin goes to Jail!!!
Martin was out in public with his wife, his best friend, and his best friend's wife and Martin was arrested for just attacking "improperly" in front of two police officers. While he was in jail for four days Martin wrote the "Letter rom Birmingham Jail". -
Marin and his last speech
Martin gave his last speech before his assacination. He described in " I have a dream!" that all of his great tasks and accomplishments that he had done throughout his years, and Martin included to even thank God. -
The man with his Nobel Peace Prize!
Martin won the Nobel Peace Prize while at the Democratic National Convention. He got $54,600 in prize money for winning such a great award. -

Martin's Life SpanMartin Luther King Jr. was assacinated by James Earl Ray on April 4, 1968. Ray was sent to prison for the rest of his life, but Martin is still loved and missed today.
