The lobuje is a mountain peak that consists of two different summits.A continuous ridge connects them but there is a considerably big amount of space between the two. It is an attractive mountain that offers loads of routes and potential routes as well. you would have to go through deep, snowy slope to get to the top and on most occasions the mountain is climbed on thesummit ridge only as far as a subsidiary snow summit.

At Mount Everest some groups do a Puja ceremony. It is to invites blessing for the expedition. The ceremony is officiated with a Lama or two or more monks in front of an altar built of stone. Those who preform ask the gods for good fortune for both the sherpas and climbers as they attempt to summit the mountain. in front of an altar offerings are made to the gods. Juniper is burned in front of the altar while the equipement is blessed. As prayer flags are strewn, a chant is going around.

Edema is an abnormally accumulation of fluid beneath the skin or under one or two cavities of the body. It mostly occurs in the feet, hands, ankles and legs that may also involve the entire body. A sign of edema is that if you have stretched and shiny skin over the swollen area. Another is that if you push gentaly on the infected area for 10 to 15 minutes and it leaves a dimple in the skin you may have edema. Edema can be a very dangerous to people and cause swollen skin.

Kathmandu is the capitol and the most largest meropolitian city of Nepal. The city is situated in Kathmandu Valley, which also contains two other cities. The city stands at an elevation of about 1400m in valley surrounded by four major mountains. Most people here speek Nepali but a great many speek Newar.

Everest base camps are used by mountain climbers to rest and gather thing up. Supplies are carried up the mountain by sherpas or porters, with the help of animals. Climbers typically rest at base camps for several days for accumulization, to reduce the ricks and severity of altitude sickness. These are grouped in long lines that supply food, blankets and light.
