Mount Moriah - Abraham almost sacrificing Isaac
In this story, it talks about faith, and how God was testing Abraham's faith in this story. When he tested Abraham's faith in telling him to sacrifice his son for him, he was about to do so. However, God knows Abraham and he feels that he already has faith in him, so he stops it and miraculously replaces it with a goat. This shows that God can give and take away, and he is all knowing.

Jacob Typology Part 1
In Jacob's life, there was a moment where he struggled with God. Genesis 32:28 talks about how Jacob struggles against God, becoming Israel. This relates to how Israel also struggles against God even to this day, after all, they are human. Specifically when the Jews (Jacob's descendants) fight against Jesus (God). Such as Matthew 26:65.

Israel/Palestine - How can we see God's covenant with Abraham being fulfilled today?
In Genesis 17:8, "I will give you and your descendants the land in which you are immigrants, the whole land of Canaan, as an enduring possession. And I will be their God.”, it talks about an enduring" or an everlasting nation that will never wither. We know from the Bible many nations have tried to control Israel, but never succeeded, having Israel restate their own country. Even now, since 1948 the Palestines are trying to fight for Jerusalem against Israel but as God said, they won't succeed. -

Personal Reflection
In 6th grade, I was having a rough time entering middle school, I was drawing away from God, my grades were dropping, my behavior was worse, and I was generally more sinful. However, like Jacob, God forgave him, and let him start new. In Genesis 28:15, Jacob was struggling after stealing his brother's birthrights, however, God comforted him, and blessed him. Similarly, I repented to God and he forgave me, so I began picking up my grades and behavior, getting closer to God at the same time.
