Khrushchev tries to bully Kennedy into giving up berlin since he thinks Kennedy is weak. Kennedy moves troops to West Germany and Berlin, causing tensions to rise and the Soviets to build a wall to keep people in. THen Kennedy flew t o Berlin to reassure the people. -
