The Z3 Computer
Release Date May 12, 1941. It was released German engineer Konrad Zuse. In is lab in Berlin he worked alone on this project and revoltioned the field at the time. -

The Secret Cell Phone
Also In 1947 Bell Laboratories researches mobile communication. They are the first to test mobile phones while working with radio waves.
