I picked this because it looked fun and I used to love playing with them and i thought it would be fun.

The government funded research in synthetic rubber compounds to attempt to solve this shortage. citizens were encouraged to make rubber products last until the end of the war, i picked this because without silly putty, the soldiers could not use them to fix there rafts,tires,vehicle and aircraft parts,gas masks, and boots.
