    A army private reports to the camp hospital before breakfest for a fever, headach, and a sore throat. Then after that more and more soliders are coming in with the same complains. By noon that day the hospital had delt with more than 100 sick soliders.

    Dr. Victor Vaugh was given a notice to report to camp Devens, to obsereve the flu effects. Once he had arived, there were 63 men dead because of Influenza. Navy radio from Harvard, reported that 3,000 young men had been killed by the flu.
