    Boxer Rebellion
    In the late 1890's a group of chinese peasants made a group called the boxers. They wanted to get rid of the Qing Dynasty and any foreign influence. They started murdering Christian Missionaries and Chinese Christians . They started moving towards Beijing and thats when international forces stepped in to subdue the rebellion. This rebellion made the Qing Dynasty weaker and helped make China become a republic.
