Bostonians disguised as Mohawk Indians boarded British tea ships and dumped 342 tea chests in the water in protest of the Tea Act. -

Coercive Acts/Intolerable Acts
In response to the Boston Tea Party and punishment for MA and Boston. These acts along with the Quebec Act were known as the Intolerable acts.
Quartering Act - colonists were forced to house British soldiers if they needed a place to stay
Boston Port Act - closed Boston Harbor until Boston payed for the tea dumped into the harbor
Massachusetts Government Act - limited power of town hall meetings and gave the governor more power -
