  • Nathaniel Bacon's Rebellion (not in favor of Indians)

    led 1000 Virginian's in a rebellion AGAINST Governor Berkeley bc of:
    -monopolizing the fur trade w the Indians
    -refusal to retaliate on Indian Attacks on frontier settlements EXPOSED THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DIFFERENCES
