The Pilgrims learned how to grow food and tobacco. The Native Americans showed them how to fertilize the soil using fish heads. -

The Pilgrims had an outside church. Their religion was Pilgrims and Puritans. -
Fur Trading
The Native Americans fur traded with the Pilgrims. In return the Pilgrims gave the Native Americans guns, metal cooking utensil, and cloth. -
The Colonist Houses
The Pilgrims are now finished building their settlement. They worked together to build everyones house. One by one as they were finished they got to move in. -
First Thanksgiving
The Pilgrims had the first Thanksgiving with the Pokanoket tribe. It lasted three days. That is why now days we celebrate Thanksgiving.
