Lewis and Clark attend ceremonies for the transfer of the Louisiana purchase to the USA. -
Independence day
The Corps becomes the first people to celebrate Independence day west of the Mississippi River. -
Floyd
Charles Floyd dies from appendicitis the Corps names a river after him. -
Beggings of Fort Mandan
The Corps begins to build there cabins for the Fort and meet Sacajawea, and her husband. -
Fort Mandan
Sacajawea gave birth to her son Jean Baptiste Charbonneau. -
Grizzly Bear
Lewis and Clark kill the Grizzly bear that chased there party of men. -
Great Falls
Lewis and Clark have to do a portage in order to get a round the great falls which is a series of five water falls. -
Shoshone indians
The Indians trade with Lewis and Clarke they give them horses in return. -
Bitterroot Mountains
While crossing the Bitterroot Mountains the men ran low on rations and had to kill a horse colt for food. -
Fort Clatsop
The Corps decideds to make camp for the winter. -

Lewis and Clark decide to leave and begin the journey back home -
reunited
Pierre Cruzatte one of Clark's hunters mistook Lewis for an elk and fired injuring Lewis in the thigh. -

The Corps arrives home with 33 of the original men losing one to illness.
