Day 2
Click here for instructions to play soccer As a novice soccer player, you should become familiar with the rules and regulations of the game. It is important to know how to play properly, because if not calls from the referee will be made against you and your team. Penalties may be called and your teammates may become frustrated. -
Day 3
In today’s practice, it is important to determine which position on the soccer field best suits your athletic abilities. Such positions may include: a goal tender, a defenseman, forward or a striker. In order to determine which position you prefer, practice each position with your team and see where you are most comfortable! -
Day 4
Now that you have determined which position on the soccer field best suits your athletic talents, it is time to start practicing! Begin the practice with a warm-up. It is essential to stretch prior to starting a game, to ensure you do not pull or strain a muscle. Once you have finished stretching, the basic skills to play soccer to critical to learn. Such skills include dribbling, stopping the ball, passing the ball, throwing the ball from the sideline and kicking the ball. -
Day 5
At this point in your training, you have learned to basic terminology and concepts of the game, soccer. You have been taught the basic skills and now it is time to put an extension on those skills. Within this practice, you will participate in various training activities. The fkey one is to line 30 pylons 2 meters apart from one another in a straight row. With a soccer ball, run and weave through the pylons drilling the ball -
Day 6
In today’s soccer practice, you will be learning how to head butt. Within a soccer game, the ball is frequently kicked very high up in the air when crossing the soccer field. In many cases, the opposing team head butts the ball to send it back in the opposite direction. In order to properly head butt the ball, you must always keep your shoulders down and square your body under the ball. To give the ball an extra boost, bend your knees and jump into the ball! -
Day 7
In today’s soccer practice, you will be participating in a scrimmage match. This will be your first time taking part in an actual game setting. This day will provide you first hand experience at a real soccer game and give you an idea of the up-coming game ahead! -

In today’s practice, you will be working with your fellow teammates and your coach to devise a strategy for your upcoming soccer game. This will help you to learn to play as a team player with your fellow teammates. -
Day 9
In today's practice, you and your team are going to practice the various strategies that you previously devised. Think of this practice as a real game in order to prepare your mindset. Good luck! -
Day 10
Today is game day! The BIG day! You have been learning, preparing and practicing for 10 days. You are ready for today! Remember to stay stretch before the game, hydrated and use the different types of strategies practiced! Score big and have fun!!! -
