understands "No" but ignores, explores different features of objects, experiments with actions never tried before, beging to figure thingd out through thought process, and is very inquisitive about everything. -
13-18 months physical
baby can pick up small objects with thumb and forefinger, turns several pages of a book at a time, can walk while holding on to something, and can sit down without help. -
19-24 months cognative
he uses 2-3 words in a sentence, uses imaginative play, studies pictures from books, imitates simple actions on request, recognizes different sounds and smells, is curious about objects in the enviorment, and follows simple directions. -
19-24 months physical
this 24 month old toddler can climb up and down one stair, walks well, jump in place, and stacks from 2-4 blocks. -
28-30 months cognative
the baby is growing mentally. she knows about 500 words and can follow simple directions, understands cause and effect, recognizes familar signs, and likes to solve problems. -
28-30 months physical
the toddler can do multiple physical things such as stack up to 6 blocks, turn one page of a book at a time, pick up object off the floor without losing balance, and can walk with more balance and coordination. -
31-36 months-cognative
during this period the toddler starts to reveal intellectual curiosity in reading books and watching TV, and can remember and follow 3-step demands. -
31-36 physical
these toddlers learn how to stack up tp 8 blocks, draws circles, horizontal and vertical lines, alternate feet going up the stairs, runs but may not be able to stop smoothly, and can throw a ball overhead.
