Plessey,V Ferguson
Homer Plessey bought anfirst class train ticket, despite being abble to pass off as white,the commitee told him to try andm test the system in Louisiana, proclaiming he was 1/8th Black and refused to go to the trains caar. He was arrested,for defying the seperate car law. He was found guilty. -
Mendez V. Westminster
In California, Mendez was a latin American who was descriminated against. His children were told they had to attend a different school district, the court ultimately decided it was constitutional. -
Brown V. Board Of Education
In Topeka,Kansas, A little black girl was made to walk 21 miles to her racially segregated school, over train tracks and otheer hazards, Brown said this was endangering herlife , Brown ultimately lost, kansas did not desegregate its schools. -
