How America got into Europe. Machine guns shooting at boat soldiers jumped out of boats and rushed beaches full of land mines. The US was willing to make a sacrifice and ultimately made it in and made a base in Europe. 416k allied died. 4-9k germans died however the allied still got in. -

American b-29 bomber dropped the world’s first deployed atomic bomb over Hiroshima killing 80k people. Three days later another b-29 dropped another atomic bomb on Nagasaki killing 40k people. -
Nazi's establish gas chambers in Aushwitz
They would tell everybody they want to kill that there is a 50,50 chance of getting a shower or getting gassed. So then everybody wouldn't go crazy and they would be a little more relaxed.
