    Britan and France asked the Soviet Union to join them in stopping Hitler's aggression. Joseph Stalin also bargained with Hitler to reach an agreement. Thus, the Nazis and Soviets signed a nonagression pact. They all agreed, to keep peace amongst themselves.

    Hitler quickly moved ahead with plans to conquer Poland. violating the nonaggression pact, Hitler annexed the western half of Poland. Upset Britan and France declared war on Germany.
  • Canada Goes Ham

    Canada declares war on Germany because essentialy, every nation of the British empire was also declaring war on Germany. True to it's ally, Canada also joined the war declaring party and the Battle of Atlantic began.

    Following in Hitler's footsteps, Stalin sent Soviet troops to get the eastern half of Poland. Stalin then moved to gain countried to the North Poland and fought to conquer Finland. Stalin now was apart of the European hatred.

    Assassination attempt on Hitler FAILS. His reign of terror and annihilation will unfortunately continue to grow and cause mounting complications amongst european nations.

    After prolonged waiting, Hitler launched a surprise invasion of Denmark and Norway. Hitler began to build bases on the fallen countries. Perfect for launching strikes on Great Britan.

    Hitler invaded lots of new territory such as Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemberg. Hitler then went into the Ardennes ofn France. This could possibly pose as a threat to France.

    Great Britain set out to rescue the army at the beaches of Dunkirk. The amatuer armada under heavy fire from Germany, sailed back and forth to save soldiers. This could potentially lead to a stronger alliance which is a main cause of wars.

    After German had conquered France and taken Paris, French leaders surrendered. This gives Germany more power on their hands.

    Germany's air fprce began bombing Great Britain. Even though they made an agreement, destruction was all that Germany could focous on. This created mass hatred.

    Italy invades North Africa
    Hitler's partner, Mussolini, orderedhis troops to attack Britain-controlled Egypt. Italian troops pushed in. forcing Britain back. This could cause Britain to declare war on Italy.

    Britain strikes back, taking 130,000 italians as prisoners. Germany, quick to maintain complete and utter control, sent a rack German tank force, controlled by Erwin Romnel, to push Britain back, Germany now holds Britain at it's slimey finger tips.

    German tanks and aircrafts began attacking Soviet Union. A large, but untrained Soviet army could do nothing but watch as Germany pushed 500 miles into their country. Burning and destroying everything in their path. Turning their backs amongst their "friends", Germany may have gained territory but it also picked up another enemy.

    Roosevelt and Churchill met to issue a joint declaration that allowed free trade among nations and the right of people to choose their government. This document can be the life saver for some citizens in european countries.

    A German U-Boat fired on a U.S destroyer in the Atlantic. Upset American navy, shot German subs on sight. The U.S immedicately became dragged into the war. Even though that first shot had come from the Japanese.
