    Adolf Hitler wanted to Annex (Claim) Sudetenland as land for Germany. Because of the large amount of German citizens in Sudeten, they accepted Hitlers control with open arms. After the Munich Conference, Hitler was granted the land and some extra land that was previously owned by the Czechoslovakian government.

    The Los Alamos laboratory is a lab in mexico that helped specialize and weaponize the United States with atomic weapons. The facility also helped scientist discover better ways to make bombs and supplied materials to make them. This lab was also known as "Project Y" by government officials.     Island Hopping is a method used by both the Allied powers and the Axis powers in the World War. Island Hopping was mainly focused in the Pacific Ocean, in order to obtain territory that will allow either side the advantage. The advantage being better travel and coordination to their sides.   • Pearl Harbor

    Pearl Harbor
    On the first Sunday of December, the Japanese military staged a attack on the American Military Base stationed in Pearl Harbor. After the attack, 42 planes that were on the grounds at the time were abliterated, 41 planes were damaged and 43 planes were left untouched by the attack. Vessels such as the Arizona and the Oklahoma, along with many other ships sank. It is estimated that there were over 3,200 US military casualties.

    President FDR established these camps during World War 2. It was said that anyone who had Japanese descent who lived in the United States had to go into specific camps. This was one of the direct results from the attacking of the American Naval Base in Pearl Harbor. It is considered to be one of the most 'atrocious' violations of civil rights in the 20th century.     This was a battle that also lead to the slowing down to stopping of the Japanese military spread during the World War. This war was mainly done by aircraft and ships. The battle lasted for 3 days and resulted in a victory for the Allied forces and a loss for the Axis forces. The results were catastrophic for Japan, with over 3,000 casualties from sailors to soldiers, and over 320 Japanese planes sunk to the bottom of the ocean. The base was still in the process of being built and they were not ready for a battle.     D-Day or the Normandy Landings, was a battle that took place off the shores of Normandy, where 156,000 American, British and Canadian Troops stormed through the enemy lines. They managed to get through 50 miles worth of extremely guarded territory in German conquered France. This battle was one of the main factors in the shift from Axis domination in the war to Allied. This was a meeting in Yalta to try and come up with a plan to defeat the Germans. The conference spanned between the 4th of February to the 11th of February. Hitler did not want to face the punishments he had in store for him, so, He and his wife had committed suicide.     The American military deployed an Atomic Bomb against the Japanese city of Hiroshima. After the bomb was deployed, after immediate detonation it was estimated that 80,000 people died from the explosion, 35,000 injured from the explosion and 60,000 would die from the radioactive fallout.
