    On this day, the Archduke of Austria-Hungary was shot by Gavrilo Princip. This event is often considered the spark for World War 1. which would grow because of entangling alliances.

    Germany declared war on France and invaded Belgium. Germany wanted to attack Russia and Germany knew that France would help Russia so Germany decided to make their move since they would fight both countries regardless.

It had killed around 50 million people Some symptoms of the flu were fever, nausea, aches and diarrhea, and sometimes people developed pneumonia attacks. and Dark spots would show up on their face and they'll turn blue and suffocate from a lack of oxygen.
