Japan wanted to end the Panama Canal with the purpose of ending the US sub-minister. In order to do so, they had to be sure of their plan so a guard told them that the air defenses had already ended. With 2 aircraft cargo submarines, 1 plane was successful to achieve the technique and reach the base with torpedoes.
