    For the brutal event the ivasion of Poland, Adolf Hitler set up Mobile killing squads, these squads were named Einsatzgruppen, to follow the advancing army. the einsatzgruppen mobile death squads are as dark and grim as they sound they were one of the most brutal army to division to ever exist. their ai was to kill people regarded as racially or politically unacceptable to the Nazi Regime, to pave the way for German colonisation and especially to pave a future for Hitler.

    on the 1st of September 1939 Germany had invaded Poland aand the Germans had achieved victory in five weeks largely through Blitzkrieg or in other words 'lighning war.' This was a mass combination of many things such as: air power, artillery and infantry. one of the most devastating things about this invasion was that the German air force terrorised the Polish citizens. they did this by bombing the Polish cities, this was something the Germna airforce had practiced in the Spanish Civil War.

    The death squads were usually made up of members of the schutzstaffel(SS) and members of the German and local Police forces. schutzstaffel translates to Protection Squadron.
