The League of Nations conducted an investigation and found Japanese attack on China unjust and in turn, Japan quit the League of Nations.

    Hitler wanted to united all regions that had mostly Germans living there. His first country to create a union with was Austria, mostly because he was born there. League did nothing when he declared that they were united.

    Gave Sudetenland to Germany without any gun fire. Hitler promised that it'll be his final expansion of his country. It was a meeting between Germany, Britain, and France. Britain and France didn't desire war so they vacuously agreed.

    Made between the USSR and Germany and they agreed never to attack each other. This was important to Germany mostly because they wouldn't have to worry about a two front war. Germany are down a major enemy and go through with expansion plans.

    New tactic that translates to lightning war and is supposed to use modern weapons and advances to tanks and planes against the enemy. It ends battles as quick as possible. This was first time Germany tried their new tactic. Two days after, France and Britain declared war. At end of month the battle was over and there was no more Poland. Russia helped take the east side of Poland and had one third of countries population on the newly gained territory.
