    The Battle of Tannenberg, also known as the Second Battle of Tannenberg, was fought between Russia and Germany between 23 and 30 August 1914, the first month of World War I. The battle resulted in the almost complete destruction of the Russian Second Army and the suicide of its commanding general, Alexander Samsonov.

    When Lloyd brown started basic training at 16. Even though you have to be 18 to join he lied about his age so he could follow the crowd and join. He also liked the idea of riding in ships and going to different countries. He started basic training at the age of 16. They sent lloyd brown to Great Banks Training Station in Illinois, near Chicago. He states “They teach you how to row boats, how to splice ropes together… big ropes.

    His first battle was him and his crew members inside of a submarine. They descend under and start attacking any ship blocking the English Channel. That was their duty while in the navy. They needed to keep shipping lanes open and get rid of submarines. 1920

    The first time he took over a German submarine. He and a bunch of his crew members boarded the ship and attacked the crew. They took it over and drove it into a harbor. Where it was on display to the public.
  • Reenlistment

    Renlistment. He enlisted in the navy as a musician. He learned how to play the cello. He was out of the Navy for a few years before he reenlisted but played on a Seattle flagship. He would travel through many different countries like he wanted to.

    Kidnapped. Mr. Brown was going to court for custody. His Daughter said while waiting for court he stayed around a neighborhood where he saw Bernie playing. He picked him up and bought him a new suit and a bunch of. other stuff and they get on a train. It was the first child napping. They wired to the train there was a child napping and was later caught.
