  • The Christmas Truce

    On December 25th 1914 the Central Powers climbed out of there trenches saying Merry Christmas to the Allies. They ended up trucing for the day and having no war. Everyone came out of the trenches to celebrate Christmas together. They ended up exchanging presents of plum pudding and cigarettes. There was also recorded of some of the men playing soccer together. The soldiers were also said to retrieve fallen soldiers bodies out of no man's land.
