A period of time where Adolf Hitler led the Nazis against the Jews. Hitler killed over 6,000,000 Jews which was 2/3 of the European Jews and 1/3 of the world's Jews.
Of those 6 million murdered 1 million were children, 2 million were women, and 3 million were men.
Hitler used many different methods to kill the jews. His most common way of murder was the gas chambers. -

Casualties were high on both sides resulting in a large amount of soldiers dead.
