On the streets of Third Reich, hatred for Jews finally turned into violence. Nazi mobs destroyed thousands of Jewish synagogues, businesses, and homes. This night is known as Kristallnacht, or night of the broken glass. This is an important moment in WW2 because it shows a moment where hatred quickly escalated to violence.
