Beginning of the War
Adolf Hitler in an alliance with Joseph Stalin invaded Poland. His goal was world domination since Poland was in alliance with Great Britain and France they declared war on Germany and WW2 started. -
Dunkirk
In the France the Nazis were talking most of France and they were pushing the allies out. Britain was stuck on the beach of Dunkirk and the needed to escape. So they called out to Britain and had civilians grab troops from France and bring them to Britain to retreat from the Nazis. -
Operation Barbosa
Code war for axis invasion this operation was a plan to take over Russia. They started this plan in July 2 1941 and only lasted till December 5 1941. This was a stab in the back to Russia and they were not happy about what happened between Russia and Germany. -
Pearl Harbor
It was a surprise attack on American naval base by the Japan's navy. They sent planes to destroy and kill american ships. When The Japanese plane was out of ammunition they had to crash there planes. -
The battle of Singapore
Japan attacks a major stronghold in South east Asia. This attack was to try and help Japans fight in the Pacific war against America. It was also trying to help German by cutting off some of the trading between China and Britain. -

It was the first major setback of the German army, and it was a turning point of WW2. It was an invasion in southern Russia. It was a defeat to the Nazi party and a big win for the allies. -
Liberation of Rome
The allied forces pushed the Germans away from Rome. They allied forces pushed the the north of Rome pushing Germany down. The allies ended up kicking the Germans out of Rome and liberated the city. -
D day
The invasion of Normandy were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. Code named Operation Neptune and often referred to as D-Day, it was the largest seaborne invasion in history. -

Adolf Hitler sent half a million armies to the western front to take it from the allies. It was on of the last German battles on the western front. It was on of the wort battles America has ever fought. America lost 19,276 and Germany lost 540,000. -
