  The Nazi party of Germany invades Poland officially starting World War 2

  A few days after Germany invaded Poland, Presdint Roosevelt told the world and his fellow allies that the US would remain neutral in this war in fear of a repeat of World War 1. Ironically which was called the war to end all wars.
