Germany invaded Poland to redeem themsleves and this started the war. This happenede because Germany was angry because they were blamed for World War I. The effect was World War II and the deaths of millions of people. -

This is the US invading the Axis territorities and getting one up on Germany. This happened because the world was at war and it was the best way the Allies know to attack. The effect is that the Allies had gotten into Axis territory and now had a chance to defeat them from the inside. -

This is the day that celebrates Europeś victory in Worl War II. It is becuase they got Germany´s unconditional surrender and the war was over. The effect is no more lives were being lost and the war was officially over. -

THis is the US dropping 2 atomic bombs on 2 large cities in Japan. This is because this was the best way Truman could come up with to end the was and get Japanś surrender. The effect is Japan surrendered but it killed many civilians and they are still being affected by itś radiation to this day. -
VJ Day
This is the day declared to celebrate the end of the Pacific War. This is because the US won, Japan surrendered, and this is the day to celebrate the warś end. The effect is no more lives we being lost and the Pacific World War II was over.
