The Japanese invaded Manchuria after the Mukden Incident. They took over Manchuria for the resources and the strategic points to help for World War 2 this was a starting point of where the war started. -

The Nuremberg Laws were from the Germans that said Germans and Jews could not be together.It classified the people of Germany and gave them rules based on there race and religion. -

Kristallnacht which also means night of broken glass. The Germans went through the streets destoying Jewish properties and buisnesis they shattered there window. -
Invasion of Poland
The Germans invaded Poland and this was the first big event in Europe that started World War 2. Hitler suprised attacked Poland with planes,tanks and may infatry which eventully led to Hitler taking over Poland. -
Soviet Union invaded E.Poland
The Soviet Union invaded E.Poland a week after Germany invaded and took over Poland this was the finishing touch that had Poland completly taken over. The Soviet Union and Nazi's teamed up to take out Poland to start World War 2. -
France Surrenders
Franced was waiting for an attack right after the Poland attacks but Hitler was waiting so France would never expect an attck they went through the deep forests. Germany came with planes, tanks and bombed France. -
Alliance with Italy and Germany
Italy first took the role of Facism, which was what kind of leader Adolf Hitler was. Italy and Germany were allies in World War 1 so in World War 2 they teamed up again both had the same views on the future and world domination. -
Battle of Britian
The Battle of Britian was a huge battle and win for Britian. The Nazi's attacked Britian in the skies where they fought over and over again with the Germans bombing Britian. If Britian didnt win the could have been taken over and invaded. -
Lend Lease Act
The Lend-Lease act allowed the United States to aid the allies with weapons and spend most of it's money on weapons and supplies to help win World War 2 and try to end the war and win and stop the Nazi's. -

The Germans attempted to invade Russia and take it over to achiveve world domination. The Soviet Union used scortched earth to fend of the Nazi's and it worked the Nazi's were stuck in the cold harsh winters of Russia. -
Atlantic Charter
Was a paper drafted by Britan and the U.S that showed what they wanted to happen post-war. This also showed Americas support to the war and with Britian and its goal to take down the Nazi's. -
Pearl Harbor
Pearl Harbor was one of the worst events in our countries history. The Japanese attacked Hawaii where the U.S Navy was located and bombed it killing hundreds of thousands and sinking many ships which really affected the United States. -
Japanese internment
Was when all Japanese and Japanese-Americans were sent to camps and certain parts of the country after the bombings at Pearl Harbor. This was to keep al of them in one place in case something were to happen. -
Battle of Midway
Was a huge win for the Americans when they decodedd the Japanese messages and found out they where going to attack the last few ships they had but the United States ambused they causing a naval battle that helped the United States gain postion on there way to Japan. -
Allied invasion of Italy
The British decided in September they were going to invade the Axis power of Italy. The British landed at the tip of Italy and also Sicily this is when Italy was taken control of an was no longer any help to Germany. -
D-Day
D-Day was when the Americans,Canadiens and British landed on the beaches of Normandy and began to take back western europe.They wanted to liberate evryone to bring them freedom and this is where it all started. -
German Surrender
With the russians pulling closer and closer in to getting Adolf Hitlr he killed himself and thats when the surrender started to happen Germany started to fall apart after this and soon led to there surrender. -
Bombing of Hiroshima
The United States dropped an Atomic bomb in the city of Hiroshima. This was the first time anAtomic bomb was every used and it killed 80,000 people immeditaly. Many would die from cancer afterwards fromthe radition. -
Bombing of Nagasaki
The United States also bombed the city of Nagasaki with an Atomic bomb due to Pearl Harbor this killed 40,000 people instantly. The raditation was a huge blow because it killed many peple years later. -
Japanese Surrender
The Japanese surrender soon after the Americans bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki this was a huge blow to the Japanese they were unbeatable. The United States bombed Japan becasue of Pearl Harbor.
