Attack on Pearl Harbor

In 1942, Hitler forced scientists to put away nuclear studies. He belived physics was a Jewish practice. Since most scientists were Jewish, he forbid it. Most of the scientists were in exile. -

Auchwitz was a very big and popular concentration camp in Germany. When Hitler wanted a pure Aryan race, he began murdering Jewish people. They were murdered using poison gas, suffocation, guns, and over exhaustion. Allies invade Morrocco and Algeria

D-Day in Normandy
Months of preparation led up to the largest military assault in history, the Allied landings at Normandy in Northern France on June 6, 1944. Led by Dwight D. Eisenhower, over 200,000 British, American, and Canadian forces landed at beaches. Named Gold, Juno, Sword, Utah, and Omaha, the worst fighting was on Omaha beach. Firbombing of Dresden

U.S Invasion of Iwo Jima

U.S attacks Hiroshima and Nagasaki
On August 6, 1945, the United States used a massive, atomic weapon against Hiroshima, Japan. This atomic bomb, the equivalent of 20,000 tons of TNT, killed tens of thousands of civilians.
