Hitler Invades Poland. He wants to invade Poland because Germany has a low food suplise and he needs more farm land. It was a good idea for Hitler and the Nazi's but i did not like the idea. What they did in a small sentence is he got the land back that they lost. -
Hitler gains control of western Europe
After hitler and the Nazi's gained control over Poland they felt as powerful as ever. Once they took down Poland they got more countries like the Netherlands and Belgium. Then they took over western europe. Hitler did this because he was so powerful he had the idea of taking over the world, so he had to start somewhere. I think the idea is stupid. I think he did it because Hitler is a psycho and he was going crazy over power. -
Pearl Harbor Attack
On December 7, 1941 Japan sent a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor which killed more than 2,300 American Soliders. Japan attacked the United States because while they where taking control of land in Southeastern Asia and Pacific, Japan thought that the United States would be a threat to them so they made sure that the U.S. would not try to hurt them or send an attack. I think it was stupid that Japan bombed the United States because the United States was not even in the war. -

Germany try's to invade the Soviet Union. They try to invade them and get their land. That did not work for them. The Soviet Union outsmarted them and held them and they did not get their land. I think it was stupid. Hitler was just greedy -
The allies invaded Europe on D-day
On June 6, 1944 allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy in northwestern France. They did this because they were tired of the war and wanted to get it done. It was a great idea beacuse the war would end. -
United States Bombs Japan
On Augest 6, 1945 an American B-29 bomber dropped the world's first deployed atomic bomb over a Japan city. The exlosion wiped out 90% of the city and immedietly killed over 80,000 people. The United States bombed Japan because the U.S. wanted to show Japan that they will not cower in fear. Also, they wanted to get back on the Japan bombers for bombing Pearl Harbor. I think it was a good idea becuase first it showed Japan that they made a huge mistake by bombing them and they show no fear.
