    Hiroshima was the first atomic bomb that was decided to be used. It killed about 70,000 people instantly. Then, around 135,000 from radiation and long term effects.

    The second atomic bomb was in Nagasaki. killing an estimated 75,000 people it was the second most effective atomic bomb. This crushed Japanese hopes of a victory.
