    Britain and France are at war with Germany following the invasion of Poland

  • Nazi's invade France

    The Battle of France, also known as the Fall of France, was the German invasion of France.

  • Germans bombed Paris

    German air force bombs Paris, killing 254 people, most of them civilians.

  • Battle of Britain

    This event was important because if the British had not succeeded, the war would have been over and Germany would have won. It also stopped Germany's invasion of England.

  • Bombing of Pearl Harbour

    This was very important because it officially entered the US into the war.

  • Hitler commits Suicide

    Hitler committed suicide shortly before the end of the battle of Britain. It caused most of Europe to surrender and ended the holocaust.

  • Atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima

    This event was important because it rapidly forced Japan to surrender.

  • End of WW2

    This was obviously important because it set an end to all the terrors of world war 2.
