The first Numremberg laws prohibited Jewish households from having German maids under the age of 45, prohibited any non-Jewish German from marrying a Jew, and outlawed sexual relations between Jews and Germans. -

Japanese-American incarceration began after Pearl Harbor. Americans became worried about all Japenesse imigrants after the Japs bombed us. Since we were to worried, we locked them up. -

75,000 soldiers were captured and marched to a prison camp. They were forced to march 85 miles in 6 days with only one cup of rice. -

Russia took matters into their own hands and unleashed their troops fully on Germany. They captures Berlin and Germany surrendered. -

On this date the UN formed. This group was made to prevent any future world wars. All 50 nations signed the charter. -
Postdam Conference
Allies held a conference to plan the wars end. It was there where they decided to put the nazis on trial. -
Atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima & Nagasaki
The U.S. Drops an atomic bomb on a Japanese city killign many. These bombs were the pushers to end the war. -
Japanese officials sign an official letter of surrender on the U.S.S. Missouri, ending World War II

Nuremberg Trials Begin
There were 24 defendants including some of Hitlers top officials. They were charged with a crime against humanity. 19 were found guilty and 12 sentenced to death. The trials lasted almost a year. -
The Marshall Plan
This plan was made by the UN to help the Europian economy. They lent 13 billion dollars to Europe to get them back on their feet.
