Hiroshima and Nagasaki Bombing
A B-29 bomber named Enola Gay relased and atomic bomb over Hiroshima which is an important japanese military center. Japanese leaders hesitated to surrender so three days later a second bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, half the city was dystroyed and estimated that 200,000 people had died.
